Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience overall. The rooms were lovely and spacious with great light and perfectly stocked bar. The bed linens were exceptional, and I absolutely adored the Ortigia bath amenities. The staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming, making the whole stay beautiful. However, the distance to the old city might be a drawback.

The service at the hotel was outstanding. Being greeted at the door by a very friendly staff member who escorted us to our rooms set a wonderful tone for the whole stay.

The hotel's location, overlooking the Bosphorus Strait, was breathtaking. Being connected to the Zorlu Center was convenient, offering guests access to shops, cinemas, and restaurants, but the distance to the old city might be a consideration.
